P68 – Junior Accompanying (10 years & under)

Pianists should prepare a work with a singer or instrumental soloist. BOTH names should be given on the entry form. Pianists are strongly advised to choose soloists who are sufficiently able to perform the chosen piece, because although the soloist will not be formally assessed, a strong ensemble and partnership is essential. Singers/instrumentalists may be of any age, as this restriction only applies to the pianist.
